When I was looking for a legal team to provide a will service for my wife and myself we had little experience so I did what most folks try and select a couple lawyers in my area with background in my needs. After interviewing a few via phone we elected to site down with Charioty for a face-to-face discussion. I have to say I was well informed of the processes in a manner that my wife and I could fully understand and not feel like you were talked down to and respected when we ask questions on specific terminology and procedures. During the whole initial interview we were very open about our concerns and Charioty was able to provide real life examples which was very much appreciated. (She is super experienced) After executing the documents I walked away with a sense of real security knowing our selection was absolutely the best one possible for us. My wife also feels very comfortable discussing her concerns and knows Charioty will be there for future support as items may change. I cannot say enough about the quality of service we received as well as cost of service. The very personal service Charioty and her team provided exceeded our expectations. I am sure there are many good legal professionals out there but I can assure you when selecting James and Parlange for a will and associated documents you will be fully satisfied.
