Tony Hopkins came highly recommended to us through someone we trusted. He was very compassionate and professional through out the entire process. I hired Tony several years ago. He stated he saw no problem with getting approved. Here I am 4 years later denied on 2 appeals and I received a letter that he’s retiring and will not go any farther with my case! Luckily I didn’t pay a penny but I wasted time. His "assistant " wasn’t doing her job! She wouldn’t follow through on requesting records and then would call me and say I needed to obtain the records and she needed them in 48 hours. My doctors all say yes to disability but if the attorney doesn’t submit all the records of couse I’ll be denied! If you are thinking about hiring Tony, turn around and run in the opposite direction as fast as you can!

My story withmr. Hopkins starts after being dropped from another laywers office last minute and was very devastated and hopeless at the time. Mr Hopkins took on my sons case, which he was very clear and upfront from day one that it was going to be a hard case to win. He was very compassionate and decided to take the case on. I spoke with Tony Hopkins twice and both times he was incredibly rude and condescending. He barely let me give him any details before cutting me off and asking other questions. He said he wasn't interested in my case and hung up on me. After my experience, I wouldn't use him even if he was interested in my case.

This guy is awesome. I tried twice without a lawyer. Broke down and used a lawyer the third time. I knew I liked his style during our first phone call. Quick, to the point, knowledgeable, and quite frank. Won the case during "phase 2", as I would call it. Didn't even need the hearing. YAY!

If I could rate him a zero, I would. So incredibly rude. I called for the first time and he answered the phone assuming that I didn't speak English and said that the Spanish interpreter was not in, without letting me speak a single word (He saw my last name in his caller ID). Then the second time I call him (two weeks later), he doesn't even give me a millisecond to find the information he is requesting of me. He is "in the middle of something" and hangs up. I call him back and he screams at me. WHY EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE? I finally gave him the information and he says he can't help me, and that it's a "Hail Mary" case. I mean...come on.

Mr. Hopkins handle my case in a very professional manner and supported me from beginning to end. He answered all my questions and explained everything step by step.
