This is my 2nd eviction case with CA Property law group and Kenny Lim Attorney/partner of the law firm was able to Present the facts and was able to prove to the judge that tenants were nothing but professional con people. The Judge herd the facts and gave the statement that Plantif/council were credible and Defedants/ tenants not credible and gave the decision in our favor including the court fees. Even-though our tenant was a conman with his Chat-Gpt help to muddy the waters.
