Very incompetent lawyer. Couldn’t defend me on the most easiest case of a restraining order which I was innocent, had 15 declarations, 5 witnesses present at court, being in this country for 30 years, NEVER HAD ONE LAWSUIT, ganged up with plaintiff and forced me to settle my case, he scared me that I will lose my job tt I’ve been having for 20 years and my job which it wasn’t true. Also check his profile, why should a lawyer with so much experience through out the years ONLY have seven reviews??!!! From 5 years ago. I showed my case to 5 experienced lawyers and they all told me he failed your case. It was so unprofessional of him speaking with plaintiff without me being present and my permission and had no right to FORCE me for settlement. This situation has effected my reputation, revoke of my global entry, my job, my health & etc…

Eric is a great lawyer helped with my second DUI and was able to get a great plea deal after months of going to court Eric did a great job of gathering data and communicating with me when important information would pop up that would help my case compared to my first lawyer for my first DUI who absolutely did nothing just appeared in court and Eric on the other hand over archived and delivered me no jail time compared to my first plea deal of 40 days in jail I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer
