Very professional. Provided clear and effective communication throughout the whole experience. The lawsuit process naturally takes a while, but in the end the dealership gets what they deserved. I contacted this firm after reading the Channel 10 article regarding the additional fees charged that are not in the contract with a lease purchase. It was extremely easy and quicker than I expected. Everything was done by email and I got back the dealer fees I paid, some other recording fee I wasn’t even aware I didn’t have to pay and additional money for statutory damages. I then asked for the interest that I had to put these extra fees into my loan which didn’t amount to much but it was the point I had to make. I got to keep all of the money they got back for me and the dealership had to pay the attorney fees separately. The attorney fees did not come out of my compensation and I didn’t have to pay them any money upfront. It was a win win for me. I told the dealership that I wasn’t supposed to pay these fees before I did my lease purchase but they insisted that I had to and they weren’t doing anything illegal. So I had to go through the purchase the way they dictated but then we sued them after the fact. I guess the dealership figures you won’t take the time to do it and they’ll take their chances.
