Hice una cita para una consulta con una abogada y el día que era esa consulta quien me llamó fue la secretaria que toma las llamadas, no me resolvieron ningún duda y solo me preguntó lo mismo que me había preguntado al principio, pagué para nada porque ni la abogada me llamó nunca

Attorney Samantha Guzman was amazing, she made the difficult divorce I was going through much easier on me. The amount of attention and care she provided throughout the process put me at ease and I was confident in her ability and trusted her fully. Would highly recommend her for high conflict divorce cases especially ones where you are forced into dealing with abusive spouses. Samantha is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She saved me from going into huge debt and took my hand from the very beginning until the final moments where my divorce got finalized just yesterday in the Waukesha County Courthouse. Sam goes above and beyond and even took the time to drive from Madison all the way to Waukesha where my case was held. She held my hand from the start till the end. I highly recommend her expertise. I had Samantha Guzman for an attorney. My final divorce hearing was December 1st 2025. She told the judge she would have the paperwork in within 30 days. Yeah well its now 6 days away from being February 1st and still no papers. I have called many times, the courts have sent emails and have got no response back. I even called today the 26th of January and the voicemail is full now. Im not happy and will never do business with them again.

At Rise Law I had Samantha Guzman, who I should’ve booted from the beginning. She gave me so much hope on the phone, made me believe that she understood our story, then did the exact opposite in the courtroom and gave everything away to the opposing party. Never again. She’s also hard to reach, doesn’t return your phone calls or emails until the very last minute of your court date, she promises one thing, but does another. Please don’t rely on this law firm if you have children you need to save. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is Jessica Banuelos Del Angel. I "hired" Rise Law Center/ Attorney Robin Dalton for a Vawa Case that service was never even started neither delivered to me. I requested a refund a year ago that was never received. I have all proofs and if I don’t receive my refund of $1,500.00 dollars within 10 days from now, I’ll be filling a grievance with the Office of Lawyer Regulation against Robin Dalton by January 30, 2022. I’m going to send this in written as well. Edit: they refunded my money. I still won’t recommend, wasted my time tremendously.

Had a super good experience with an attorney from this law center. Highly recommend.
