I would like to clarify that the loss of a loved one should not impact the quality of work provided by a law firm. Throughout this time, your staff repeatedly stated that no one wanted to take my case. My frustration primarily comes from the fact that this process took nearly eight years, during which I received no meaningful updates—only reassurances that the case was still being worked on. During my initial consultation, I was told that your firm had handled many similar cases and was assured that my case was worth approximately $100,000. After eight years, I received only $5,000. I would not want anyone else to experience what I went through. The experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading.
