Renee Adwar PA

I hired Renee in 2022 to help me navigate a condo purchasing agreement that put me in a challenging situation due to my mortgage broker. Her efficiency in resolving the matter was remarkable—without her expertise, I would have lost over $50,000 in escrow. Impressed by her professionalism, I enlisted her services again for my second income property, this time as my title company and representative. Renee expertly guided me through the entire process, from start to finish. As we now prepare to close on a third property, I felt it was the least I could do to share my positive experience. I highly recommend Renee for her outstanding service and dedication.

I have completed several real estate deals with Renee and all I can say is that she is very professional and her service is fantastic. I have never had an issue while working with her and have been able to close on time every time. Buying and selling real estate can be stressful, but Renee has years of experience and knows the industry very well. I fully trust Renee because I know she always has my back and I plan to continue using her services in the future. I would totally recommend Renee to anyone who would ask me for a referral.

I was referred to Renee by my Brother who closed on his house a few months prior to my closing, he mentioned that Renee got his closing done extremely fast. With regards to my closing, it took a bit longer than his 😉 but then again it was not a simple deal and the multiple parties involved on the sellers side were extremely hard to deal with. Regardless Renee went above and beyond throughout the process, spending hours on the phone with all parties involved to make sure that the deal closed as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend using Renee for your closing, especially if you are a first-time buyer like myself Thank You Renee!

Attorney Renee Adwar is a consummate professional. She performed the real-estate closing on two of my purchases and I will definitely work with her again. Renee is proactive and responsive, and that it is super important because there is lots of pressure at closing time. I have recommended her services to others and they were also very satisfied. I unreservedly recommend attorney Renee Adwar.

Renée is the best! I have been working with her for years on many transactions . I was so tired of these attorneys who waited for ever to respond and were not on top of their cases! Renée is a perfectionist and she goes beyond and above to make sure that everything goes smoothly in each step of the transaction . She is extremely knowledgeable and professional . I highly recommend her.
