If I could give Minchella & Associates, LLC a 6 star, I would! I was facing a very daunting lawsuit in federal court, in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. I was locked out of my home hospital and a 13 year job/position I created, for a non compete clause in my contract that was very unfortunate. Very stressful! Tony and his team were extremely professional and reassuring through this process. Everyone I had occasion to work with was always very nice and attentive to my needs through the whole ordeal. The client portal was easy to navigate and use, and someone always got back to me in a timely matter. Tony was great to have on my side, he was knowledgeable, thorough and professional every step of the way. Put simply I would not him on "the other side", for sure.
