My husband set an appointment for the free consultation. We had a 12:30 appointment and arrived a little early and were asked to wait another 10 mins as they were finishing up with someone else. We let another 20 mins (15 mins past our set appointment already) go by before walking back to the office where we could hear a meeting still going on. Proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes before leaving since we had other things to do. Made us feel like if they couldn’t manage time well enough for SET appointments then how can time be managed for a case.
