This place does not know the left hand from the right hand. Stayed on hold for over 30 mins - and have received 5 different answers for the same question. Plenty of rudeness, never once got a emailed receipt that I signed up for or requested via phone call.

Over the past few months, my experience with this firm has been nothing short of disappointing. Every interaction I’ve had with their staff has been marked by rudeness and aggression, especially when I was simply asking questions to better understand my account situation. They have shown no willingness to accommodate or work with me to resolve the issues at hand. I rarely leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism I’ve encountered compels me to warn others. If you must deal with this firm, proceed cautiously and always seek a second opinion regarding the information they provide.

I have known Kent McPhail for the past 20+ years. He has represented myself personally and my family members on multiple occasions. I have contacted them and still have not received a reply. I have asked for balance… I selected on "their" system to receive email receipts and still do not receive these emails. Just wondering how indifferent this firm can be. Maybe this review will finally get a response.
