In my opinion, I DO NOT recommend. I’ve had very poor experiences with this law firm. Mr. Richardson agreed to take on a complex medical malpractice lawsuit. I am very thankful that he filed the civil suit prior to the statue of limitations expiring, however, from that point on, he did nothing with my case and allowed it to sit for two years in the court system. I paid out of pocket for the medical experts totaling over $3k when my own medical doctors were willing to testify if he would have only contacted them. His communication was poor. Never returned phone calls. Late filings on my behalf which negatively impacted the case. Refused to file a motion to compel to get the defendants to answer the significantly past due discovery questions. Never ordered certified medical records. My case was mishandled so poorly that eventually the case became "stale dated" and dismissed on a summary judgement. Many procedural errors and I never received ANY correspondence surrounding court hearings, the statues of those hearings, etc…..I am truly devastated that my strong case was severely mishandled. I honestly believe that all along Mr. Richardson was siding with the defendants and did not have my best interest at hand.

I Love the experience & the compassion of Mr. John Richardson. I Don't KNOW Why it say that I hate this firm. Mr John Richardson is the type of Lawyer that will go to the end of the earth with you & for You. I appreciate Everything That this Man has done for Me. I Was so Happy With his consistency, patience kindness & his Loyalty. I Have Retained Mr John Richardson to be My Lawyer for The Rest Of My Life !!! And his staff is superb. I can honesty say that Mr. Richardson & his entire staff. Gives you the peace of mind that is needed if you ever need to retain a Lawyer for whatever type of case that You may have. Mr. John Richardson will be as honest & forthcoming with you about, whether he feel like you have a case, Or not. I Would recommended this law firm to anyone who needs to retain a Lawyer. My rating for This law firm is 5 🌟.

When you have had John Richardson representing you, every other attorney is the "B" team at best. Mr. Richardson represented me in a case again an insurance company that did everything they could to screw me in a large boat loss. When it was over not only did we win (and big), JR thoroughly embarrassed the opposing lawyers with his expertise. This man is amazing! Kim Kornegay Prattville, AL.
