From the first phone call we found someone who really cared about what we were going through. If it wasn't for the caring office staff and for everyone taking time out of busy schedule, we wouldn't have gotten compensated for the cosingment sale of our vehicle. I called because it stated they give a free consultation. Before even explaining the situation, the front desk lady told me attorney Bowen would not help. I said the word tenant and she repeatedly told me he was not representing tenants and only landlords. I did not even state what I was referring to or the situation and she kept cutting me off. She answered the phone while talking about a check payment to someone else. Was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked if she could recommend someone else that would be more helpful, she stated she knew someone. I asked for a name and contact and she said she didn't have that information. I don't know the attorney and unfortunately would never recommend this office. Front staff are always the first experience and this lady ruined it from the moment she answered the phone.
