Recently, I made an appointment with Marina Modlin to update my Trust. Just as in the past when she drafted my original Trust and made later revisions to my Trust, she was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She understood what I wanted to do, clarified any questions I had, and met with me to sign the updated Trust and other relevant documents in a short amount of time. It is a great relief to me to have this important work completed. I heartily recommend Modlin Legal.

My wife and I used Modlin Legal for estate planning. We created our family trust after buying a house. Marina Modlin did a great job educating us on community property and separate property, letting us know what part of our estate is and is not covered by our trust. She helped us get on paper the plans for what happens with our estate and children if the worst were to happen. It's not fun to think about but it was really great working through it with Marina. She answered all our questions and got all our services done quickly. She had a really great energy and signing in office was an enjoyable experience. Not something I can say for any other document signings I've done! I definitely recommend Modlin Legal and will continue to work with her for our trust restatements in the future.

She offered an initial consultation via zoom then setup another meeting to walk us through all of the planning. The final step was to meet in person and get all the documents notarized. She was extremely efficient and professional - the process took less than a month. She went above and beyond with answering all of our questions and being very flexible with our schedules .
