My aunt passed away and this firm handled her estate for her. I can't say enough positive things about how they handled everything. We were in texas and traveled to Tennessee to meet with them for all the final details and they were top notch.

This company bleeds the little man dry and then when you pay them in full the settlement amount they contact you again saying you owe interest. For payment plans they ask for ssn and tax information and way too much personal information. We didn’t trust them sending shady letters that looked fake in the mail and they next thing we know we are getting a court order to appear from a sheriff showing up at our door. They are unprofessional and cowards. Now they are saying they’re going to charge us interest on the interest we owed on our debt until we pay it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Sellers & Sellers is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. They blatantly disregarded a bankruptcy petition and notice of automatic stay that I filed and continued to harass me for payment. They even threatened to sue me and garnish my wages. They have no respect for the law or their clients. They are unethical, unprofessional and incompetent. Do not hire them for any legal matter. You will regret it. They should be disbarred and sued for malpractice.

I meet with Rachel and she couldn't have been nicer she listened to my concerns , she made calls right then there so we both could better understand my situation.She was unable to take my case it had different elements that wasn't in her line of practice and I could tell when our meeting was done that she really felt awful that she was unable help she referred me to someone that actually are able to help .I've been referred so many times for them to say that's not my line of practice this is the first time someone actually sent me where I needed be . Ms Sellers refused to take any money and she did work while we spoke very awesome lady I appreciate her advice and all she was able to do .if I ever need Ms Sellers help I won't hesitate to call her

In my opinion, heartless and not in my opinion, Unresponsive. called and left messages during several week period and never heard back. Left several to several of their attorneys, ZERO response. uncaring . I highly do NOT recommend this company.

I went to school with Ewing. Not the brightest and attempted to be a bully, however his small stature takes away from his intimidation factor.

Oh wow yes I will not be using them never answer then garnish !? Not fair at all
