Ultimately, I worked directly with the insurance company through an addendum review process by submitting additional documentation from multiple physicians. The insurance company reversed course, backdated, and approved my claim — so I did not proceed with a formal appeal or lawsuit. That said, throughout the entire process, Richard H. was incredibly empathetic, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He conducted a thorough consultation, followed up multiple times, and provided clear, actionable guidance at each step. He essentially gave me several in-depth consultations at no cost, which helped me better understand my options and navigate the process confidently.
