My engagement with this law firm, which involved the straightforward task of obtaining translations and Apostilles for several documents, regrettably evolved into a highly regrettable experience. Throughout the process, I encountered conduct that I would characterize as unprofessional and, at times, condescending. Most concerning was the baseless accusation that I had misrepresented the facts regarding the documents I presented to them for processing. Such treatment not only undermined the integrity of the professional relationship but also caused undue distress. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this firm for representation.

A+. I'm very pleased with this firm. Basically they should be a "standard" for law industry how to work with customers. Any questions are answered shortly with full explanations. Simple comparison: i was able to exchange 20 emails in one day with Pardalis & Nohavicka while at the other law firm i had to wait few days to get an answer to 1 email.
