As such, I felt competent to apply to IRS for a document required to finalize my inheritance of my late mother's Estate. My submission was complete and error free. Nonetheless, for years (yes years!), I was literally stone walled by IRS. Even the intervention of my Congress person failed to result in IRS taking action. I reluctantly concluded that I had to hire an attorney to represent me and break the impasse. Shannon's office set up a Zoom conversation for us and I was immediately impressed by her patience, warmth and professionalism.
