I reached out to Ching & Seto through my Group Legal plan benefits. Toward the beginning of our initial consultation, David Seto was clear that their firm wouldn't be able to assist with the cross-state lawsuit. Despite knowing they wouldn't gain additional revenue from my case, he was still very helpful in advising me on my options and next steps. Based on his professionalism and helpfulness, I wouldn't hesitate to enlist his services in the future.

Did a consultation with Eric Ching -- this guy horrible. Flat tone, no expression, don't discuss options. Very standoffish personality... if you want someone to provide you legal advice and shows a little bit of empathy, you won't find it with this guy. what a waste of my time.

I spoke with Mr. Seto about my car accident. He helped answer my questions about insurance claims and the various processes and potential outcomes related to my case. I really appreciate that he provided helpful tips about what I can do to in my situation. He definitely has a lot of expertise dealing with auto related incidents. Additionally, it was easy for me to contact the firm by calling and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.

waste of time. Does not seem to have any manners. wasted so much time just to schedule an initial call. wasted time to wait for their call, and they finally called when there is only 5 mins left for the scheduled meeting (expecting me to sit around and just wait for them? no thanks); called back after a few mins seeing their call, and wasted another 5mins talking to assistant, telling him I would like reschedule, and the lawyer called again when I'm not available. I emailed a bunch of people including the lawyer about my availability after seeing the missed call, and they never get back to me on a rescheduled time. Instead they called again when I was obviously not available which I stated clearly in my email. What are you expecting? Does your JD education not teach you to be punctual and have mutual respect and everyone is busy so schedule a time beforehand especially as a service provider? It's a total waste of time.

Both Eric and David were a great help for my legal questions about the small claims court with a local roof company. I really appreciated his knowledgeable and professional work. Yes I highly recommend their services.
