It gives us great pleasure to write a review for The Law Office of Susan Katzen. It was a wonderful experience for us. Susan was very helpful and understanding of our wishes, and provided very good advice and ways to specify our wishes and requirements in our Living Trust and in our son’s Special Needs Trust. We appreciated the office’s professionalism and Susan’s overall kindness and patience in working with us. We had very specific needs in our Trust for our son (we reached out to other attorneys and they did not seem to be as knowledgeable in this area as Susan). Not only is she knowledgeable in developing special needs trusts, but she is kind, caring, and most importantly, generous with her time in working with her clients. Susan always made herself available when we called her office requesting for a call, never did we feel rush when we spoke to her on the phone. Susan is such a wonderful attorney, advocate for persons with special needs, and a great person overall. We highly recommend The Law Office of Susan Katzen to any parent seeking legal advice in developing a special needs trust. My family and I did not have a good experience with this law office. They handled a conservatorship case for a family member and truly dragged their feet through the entire process. There was a point where they left the case for about 2 months because they "forgot". I would not recommend. There are much better law firms out there that actually care about their clients. The headache we’ve had to deal with because this case took so long has been a burden to us and our family. I do NOT recommend.
