Cole Yarborough is a good person/soul, a great attorney, & a total bulldog in the courtroom. He doesn’t hold back in telling you what needs to be said/done, & I know that can have a certain effect on people, but I personally appreciated it so much during the time of my case. He fights his hardest for your interests, and has even gone OUT OF HIS WAY to help me with a situation that’s happened WELL AFTER my case was finalized & did so IMMEDIATELY; just showing how much he cares for his clients. I recommend him to anyone looking for a Family Law Attorney. He truly does care, which isn’t easy to find when dealing with attorneys, & he’s going to put in the same effort as if it was his own case. On top of that, he’s reasonable on pricing and works with you if/when he knows you’re in a tough spot but still needing a proper attorney that will fight for you when it’s needed & give you guidance to get you through the case. He’s been a great help to me personally, especially with the difficult case that I brought to his table. Thanks again, Cole! I hired this attorney for a legal matter and, although we ultimately decided to part ways before reaching a final resolution, I want to give an honest and fair review of my experience. From the beginning, he was very open and honest about his strategy and how he planned to approach the case. While I respected his transparency, in the end his approach didn’t align with my more aggressive expectations, which ultimately led me to go in a different direction. Communication throughout the process was professional, and I appreciated the time he took to understand my situation. When we decided to part ways, the firm handled everything appropriately—they returned the majority of my retainer and even discounted some of the work they had completed, which I felt was fair and showed good faith. Legal matters can be complex, and sometimes it just comes down to finding the right fit. I respect how everything was handled on the administrative/legal side and believe they acted reasonably regarding billing and the refund process. If you’re considering their services, I’d recommend having a clear discussion upfront about strategy and your expectations to make sure it aligns with what you’re looking for.
