I called to explain I am being charged twice on my student loan. When I called, a woman answered the phone and said "We Are Closed" at 1:37 PM on a Friday 01/16/2026. When I called back immediately after, the phone rang off of the hook. Terrible Customer Service. I called back after writing this review with a one star rating, the phone was answered. Zonia provided Excellent customer service and resolved my dispute. She earned a five star, but with the earlier experience I gave a 4 star. Thank you Zonia

I gave this company more than $11,000 to pay a student loan I owed to the government. They misplaced $3,000 dollars of the money. The government is after me for the $3,000. I had paid everything in full. This company blocked me when I tried to call and find out where the money went. Also, they gave me the run around. Wheres the money? They suck!
