July 2,2025 We were recently clients of Legacy Design Strategies. We worked with Matthew Deaver. He reviewed our Living Trust we had from Oregon He asked pertinent questions to both my wife and me to obtain a "spotlight" for our current needs. He recommended an "action plan" for things we could do today to alleviate any problems our daughter would have upon our death. He developed a Will for us according to Nebraska's policies and upon signing, he explained in detail every section of it. He provided witnesses at the signing in order to have this Will notified. He sent us home with phone numbers to call him if we had issues in the future needing legal advice. Overall, Matthew Deaver was a competent professional who was easy and enjoyable to work with. My wife and I highly recommend Legacy Design Strategies for any legal matters you might have.
