Perkins Coie LLP - Palo Alto

Worst consulting experience ever. Their misleading suggestions caused us wasting money on filing useless patents, and they handle the issue terribly. Perkins had a terrible program for startups, which doesn't tell you the total cost of their service and then send you a $30000 bill after 2 years no hearing from them. We asked for the details of the bill, but only got a list of random hours. How was the work? Turns out they just filed a useless patent they don't do due diligence well and required more money to proceed further. I questioned about their work but never received a response. Then they just use a debt collector forcing us to pay the bill. We spent $30000 for nothing. I just doubt if they actually care about their clients. Think carefully if you're considering using them.

Has to be one if not the best patent attorneys office. It's so clean and they're so friendly.
