Jill and Marcel answered all our questions, made sure we completely understood the process, ramifications, steps we'll have to take in the future, etc. The process was smooth, went off without a hitch and we know they are still available to us, should we have questions in the future. ALG did such a great job in navigating us through the adoption process for my sons. We primarily worked with Jill and Matt who were always willing to get back to us quickly with any inquiries that we sent out. They were with us through the entire process down to the day of the hearing and we received a follow-up from Marcel with additional information. Jill Cucullu and her assistant, Matt, were an awesome team to deal with. Matt emailed me more than once after 5pm on a Friday, and seemed to get that this is a big deal for people going through this process. His communication was comprehensive, patient and friendly. On the day of our court appearance, Jill really turned what could have been a fairly dry procedure into a celebration - and for that my new daughter and I will be forever grateful. The whole process was very prompt - around 2 months from beginning to end - and we are so grateful to both Jill and Matt for helping make our journey to being an official family completely issue-free. Would definitely recommend.
