M2 Trust Law, APC

I don't write many reviews, but Mark MacFarlane earned this one. As a rancher and business owner with four daughters, I wanted an estate plan that actually fit my life. Between cattle, grazing leases, equipment, trailers, firearms, tack, a high-end rope horse, and the day-to-day realities of running a ranching operation, there is a lot more involved than simply filling out forms. What impressed me most was that Mark took the time to understand our family, our ranch, our business, and what we've spent a lifetime building. He asked the right questions and helped us think through issues I hadn't even considered. It never felt like I was being pushed through a cookie-cutter legal process. Mark explained everything in plain language, made the process easy, and somehow even enjoyable. At the end of it, I felt confident knowing my wife, daughters, business interests, livestock, equipment, horses, firearms, and other assets are protected and will be handled the way we intend. If you're a rancher, farmer, business owner, or anyone with assets you've worked hard to build, I highly recommend Mark MacFarlane and M2 Trust Law. I was intimidated by the process and Mark made it easy.
