July 11, 2025 happened to be my 56th wedding anniversary, so I invited my brother and his wife to join me. We had a great time! Thank you for the non-dairy choices of ice cream, the delicious hot dogs on brioche buns, and the shady venue, so welcome on that sunny day!

Miranada and Bridget, this webinar has been very helpful. Thank you for answering my question and bringing to my attention the different property tax ramifications when one daughter inherits my personal residence and becomes her perminent residence verses my younger daughter inheriting the home she's renting from me to become her perminent residence.
