DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT try to trademark anything through online scammers because that's my story. After finding out that my business name was rejected, I panicked and tried calling/emailing the company that I went through and it's been radio silence, go figures. I spoke with Charles recently and was very pleasantly surprised that he was actually willing to engage in a free detailed conversation about my specific brand and actually talk through some of the concerns I had about trademarking it. I have spoken to many other trademark lawyers who advertise similar services and can confidently say at this point that not everyone that advertises a 'free consultation' actually provides one.
