I hired Mr. Damoui for what should have been a straightforward legal matter involving a local government dispute. From the beginning, I provided him with detailed documentation, timelines, and supporting evidence — essentially all the legwork. Despite his early promises, he missed every deadline he set for himself. I constantly had to follow up for status updates that rarely came. He even committed to filing legal action and told me it would be done in 1–2 weeks. That never happened. What’s worse, I was left to deal with retaliation from local officials without the legal support I paid for. After months of chasing him and receiving little to no progress or communication, he offered a partial refund — far below what I paid and nowhere near the damage caused by his inaction.
