Less than 10 minutes into the call she was saying she was saying she didn't think my issue had merit and it wouldn't be something they would take on, but to send her additional information. In which she would review and contact me in the following two days. I never heard back from her. I replied to the email and requested a refund of my $50 deposit. Per thier website it will be refunded if I didn't use their services. I have called SEVERAL times and not able to speak to anyone. All options forward to a voicemail and have not received a response at all. The services they offer are non-existent and I'm out of $50. At this point I don't think I'll ever hear from anyone, nor receive my refund. Save your money and time!!!!!
