We hired Ginny to take on my uncle’s felony case. Being convicted of this charge would have dire consequences, we wanted to ensure we hire someone who would fight for him. We paid Ginny 12k for 3 weeks worth of work, she said the best deal being offered was 15 years to life which she recommended taking. Since he was innocent this was unacceptable, but what was even more alarming was that she was pushing us to take the deal. We ended up hiring Stephanie Rickard to take over the case. She fought for 3 years at a fraction of the cost Ginny charged and ultimately got my uncle off with probation(No jail time). I can’t stand people who take advantage of those who don’t know any better. If my uncle didn’t have us in his corner, he would have took the initial deal Ginny offered and still be in jail today. Although I have no ill will toward Ginny, I would strongly caution people to do their due diligence before hiring her for a severe criminal charge.

Ginny and her entire staff are extremely dedicated, resourceful, professional, and knowledgeable. She is very proactive and knows the court system and laws inside and out. She helped me throughout my entire process and was always there when I needed her.
