I filled out their lengthy online form with details about a mold infestation in my apartment. Got no response. Called a week later, receptionist said they were behind in reviewing case requests and that they'd call in a couple days. That was two weeks ago. Still haven't from them. Why would I trust them to be responsive in handling my case if they can't even give me the courtesy of a return phone call?

Triangle law office of Erica Gloyd and Laurie Gengo came to my rescue when I had a landlord problem. They kept me updated, filed all the necessary paperwork, and dealt with the landlord and their opposing attorneys. They did a terrific job in helping me with my case. If I had to do it all over again. I would entrust the lawyers at Triangle Law to do it again.

My wife and I were unfortunately exposed to a very unethical contractor that remodeled our master bath. Neither of us had a good foundation on how to proceed with this bad actor that made a mess of our home and now owes us money. We were referred to Triangle Law Group and we are so grateful that were were. Everyone that we've worked with has been wonderful, especially Sierra La Gala, one of the group's attorneys. We're still weighing our options, but we felt heard and felt we were receiving unbiased and educated answers that has provided us with options that we would have never known of otherwise.

TL; DR: Sierra La Gala and the Triangle Law Group did good by me. In fact, they surpassed my expectations and I cannot recommend them more highly. The longer story: A few months ago when dealing with an unethical local business (that shall remain unnamed for now), I contacted a lawyer I had hired years ago to see if he could help me now. He was no longer practicing that type of law, but he did refer me to the Triangle Law Group. About a month ago, it became obvious that I really did need some good legal advice to help me make the right decisions with my quandary, and so I filled out the form on the Triangle Law Group website. I also filled out an online form for a lawyer referral from the NC Bar. I hoped that with the endorsement of Triangle by the lawyer from years ago and the bar association referral, I'd get my best chance at finding someone who could give me good, solid advice. Triangle Law got back to me within a day and asked if I'd like to schedule a consultation, and I scheduled shortly thereafter--the fee for a 30-minute consult was very reasonable. The intake form was very detailed, which made a good impression on me. It all seemed like a well run organization. Turns out Triangle Law Group is indeed a very well run organization--and more. Today, I spoke with Sierra La Gala from Triangle, and I can sincerely share that I think this might have been the best value I have ever had with a lawyer for their time.I wound up paying for a full hour of her time, because my case is absurdly (and maddeningly) complicated. Sierra's fee was reasonable, but get this: the bill was less than what I thought it should have been, for starters. I thought I owed more, and I'd have gladly paid more. When does that ever happen with a lawyer? It's rare. Emily was the epitome of grace and patience with me while I was uploading documents and photos. Meoshia got right back to me this afternoon with a detailed breakdown of my bill, which as I mentioned, was actually less than I thought it was. So what about the legal advice ? Sierra had obviously gone over all the documentation I sent in before my consolation, which means she actually spent time on my case that I was not even billed for. And trust me, it was a lot. Sierra addressed each question I had in plain terms that I easily understood. She is a very skilled communicator--and law can be mind numbingly hard to comprehend. Not even once did I get the impression that she was annoyed at having to explain complicated concepts for me. She is whip smart and genuine. The lawyer I was referred to by the bar association seemed glib uninterested and maybe even a bit flippant. I never once had the impression he cared at all about what I have been through. My experience with Sierra was the polar opposite: I felt like she genuinely cared. I felt heard, and that is so important when you're facing injustice when it has to do with something as personal as your home, where you live, where you lay your head down. I cannot adequately express just how much all of that means to me. Of course, I may not get what I want or should with my particular case, but I feel very confident that Sierra will do her best on my behalf. I've had a decent amount of experience with lawyers, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Triangle Law from my experience thus far. There is something very right going on with this firm. You can trust them.
