I reached out to Aletha Smith for assistance with enforcing an order that required my ex husband to pay me my equalization payments and 401A monies. He did not comply with the order. I could not get my money that I was entitled to. Not many attorneys would take my case. She did. She is extremely professional, confident and capable. She was able to get my case moving forward and win my case with penalties included. She follows up to ensure the documents are filed timely. She responds to all your inquiries. She doesn't let opposing counsel play games and delay the case when they say they cannot get ahold of their client. I am very thankful for her assistance with my legal matter. She is a great attorney!
