Great experience with Nantz Law. I used them for business and always received a prompt response and necessary information. He went above and beyond helping me with things that he was not required to do. Definitely give them a try for your business law needs and registered agent services.

Not recommended for business law. I’m disappointed, because our initial consult went well. I felt like I was heard and that he was knowledgeable. My first request, he advised wouldn’t be wise and I understood and respected his guidance. I then requested filings he stated he would advise, in order to counter workplace issues. Things took a turn when he stated he’d have the request out to me by the end of the Day on December 16th. It was never received. I reached out directly 2 weeks later, no response. A week later I requested to view the Google notes he’d taken during the call, wasn’t granted access. It is now January 8th, I have not heard back, nor have I received the requested documents. I expressed to Mr. Nantz how urgent this matter was to me in getting ahead of an ongoing issue, I feel like he has been extremely dismissive and negligent regarding this. So if you’re looking for someone that is going to safeguard your business the way they’d safeguard and value their own, look elsewhere. Outside of this, I do feel like he’s knowledgeable and professional, he just doesn’t have the appropriate sense of urgency, care, or professionalism to update clients or respond in a timely manner. Not suitable for my business’ needs.

After calling 4 different attorney offices , leaving a message with their receptionist I never got a return call until I called this office. They immediately took my call and listen to my issues. By the end of the phone call I had a consultation appointment set up for 2 days later. Attorney Nantz took his time with me, answered my question and was very knowledgeable of the type of issue our company was having. I was struck with Trey Nantz’ depth of knowledge of the law and the efficiency of the entire real estate transaction I had with his firm this month. There were NO hitches and it went extremely smoothly. My transaction was a commercial office property but I would also recommend him for residential closing work. I cannot emphasize enough how effective, efficient and personable the entire process was- and we did not give his firm much advanced notice-maybe a week(!) to put the entire transaction together. Below is a picture of the property we closed.I would also add, Trey is a really personable and like able fellow. Would definitely recommend and will be using Nantz Law in the future.
