Staff is incredibly rude to the disabled and doesn't care about your time. They create appointments then have no lawyer present, so the meeting is pointless. They lie repeatedly and try to cover each other's mistakes. Don't waste your time with such a bad team. No one in the office knows what the other is doing and it shows with poor management lack of caring for customers. Wonder how they have made it thus far.

Just know that your "Free initial consultation" is NOT free. You will be charged $50 when you make your consultation appointment and this $50 is non-refundable, even if you decide not to hire them!! So you are paying them to have an appointment with them!! Unbelievable!! They claim it's for administration fees!! What a scam. Please save yourself the headache, find a different attorney.

Didn't even get past the phone call to schedule an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was not pleasant or helpful. I immediately knew I would never recommend this law practice to anyone.

A very simple probate has taken more then 2 years! Still waiting!!!

This law firm is a fraud and yet they are still practicing simply because nobody cares. Their license should be revoked immediately. The guy, Michael Crosby doesn’t have the self-confidence to talk to the judge. Can you imagine a kid straight from law school representing you? They are going to charge you for the flat fee upfront and you are done, there’s no refund they will make up an itemised statement instantly. Please, please don’t waste your hard-earned money and precious time do a thorough research.

This is a horrible place for divorce lawyer. Paid for my whole divorce in one lump sum. The lawyer that represented me there was terrible. He did absolutely nothing for 6 months. He couldn’t even do the basic duties of a divorce lawyer. Owen was an awful representative for this company. I lost a lot of time with my kids and lots of money. He would show up to court and lose that day. When I finally fired him, they made a list of what he did to try to justify the cost. Mr Crosby stood by his horrible sub contractor. There have been other people that have used this firm and had the same results from Owen at Crosby. Instead of taking accountability for their attorney’s horrendous service, they just tried to say he did a lot. Don’t ever use this firm and never prepay them for any services! I learned the hard way. They are crooks in the law service industry.

The Crosby Law Firm just helped me win a case against a very difficult insurance company. The staff is friendly and professional. They made me feel right at home. They went right to work and got the job done quickly. I give them 5 stars!
