We are very grateful to have had Attorney James Zuba represent us in our extremely emotional and complex case. He was able to facilitate an agreed order with two other parties to settle our case. We admired his responsiveness, composure, work ethic and excellent representation.

James Zuba is a terrific attorney who took over my case after 13 months with another attorney with no progress. He quickly drew up a settlement agreement for my husband's attorney and assisted me in a hearing for termination of maintenance that had carried over from my old attorney, with no loss of my monthly benefit as a result. His secretary Mary and paralegal Lee were extremely helpful and went out of their way to see that things were done promptly. I found him to be extremely efficient, ethical and knowledgeable. I employed the services of Jim Zuba to finish my almost 2 year-long divorce. As my case was fairly complex in nature, I was concerned that my change in attorneys would result in a significant loss in ground resulting in a lengthy delay in its ultimate settlement. From the initial consultation with Jim, I was extremely impressed with his strong grasp of numbers, business scenarios, and marital law. Mr. Zuba was very professional and handled my case with ease. He advocated for me at every hearing and even directly worked with my ex when the other attorney withdrew. At first I was nervous. I had a really big court date coming up for an order of protection that had nothing but frivolous accusations in it. When a situation like this, it was devastating at least!! About a week before I got a call from my attorney James we went over the case step-by-step Walking into trial 2 days ago Order protection that would keep me From my child for two years at least!! I walked innocent man as I should have. The accusations in the order were completely false and was able to come up with a defense for trial that was able to adequately show this to the judge without any doubt in his mind Before dismissing this Frivolous order!! Jim Zuba was outstanding in helping me finally resolve a custody issue after being in the courts for close to two years. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get the issue resolved when no one else could. He truly went above and beyond. I only wish I would have hired him sooner.

After signing a contract of engagement with my wife and Zuba & Associates; I emailed Mr. Zuba several times over the next few days apparently not to his liking. He called us in to his office,we assumed to discuss our case but it turned out he called us in to belittle me and humiliate me in front of my wife. He fired me! Not really even sure how that happens???? Would definitely recommend steering clear of this attorney unless you are ready to treat him with the respect I reserve for my God. I typically reserve negative reviews but feel inclined to warn other consumers.
