Professional, punctual, and most understanding Attorney anyone could retain. She had my cases reduced significantly and one had been dropped. Treated me and my family like we were her own and was there for me many times after hours and weekends when i needed to reach her by phone or text. When a lawyer agrees to do the job you both discussed and hired one to do. Expensive.. I guess when you pay up front and don't receive anything but a additional charge to the original that you are now charged with and tells you that your charge had been reduced and nothing will be on your record. now I have lost two job opportunities due to my background not meeting their criteria.. expensive is a understatement. my experience was definitely less then what I expected.. wouldn't you say that the right thing to do is refund their hard earned money? You didn't earn it. Title as Benton county prosecutor....you don't deserve it.

Kim Weber is a mediocre attorney. She'll take your 2 grand and show up to court for you, that's about it. She simply accepts what the prosecutor gives you. She doesn't try. She doesn't fight for you. I had to beg her to call the prosecutor to drop/ reduce my charges and they did. I would've been better off representing myself. If you simply need a lawyer to show up for you and plead guilty without compromise, she's your gal. Otherwise, go elsewhere
