I’ve used Neil for 2 cases. The first case was in 2019. His fees are very fair but I must say if all you care about is an attorney with the lowest fees I think that is the wrong way to go about choosing an attorney. I felt Neil gave me the personal attention that I was craving. My questions were answered on the phone or he found the answer and called or emailed me back. His in court appearance is extremely professional and his presentation is first rate. I hope I never have to use any attorney again but I’d use him in a heartbeat with no hesitation. I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. They immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they would only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall were nominal for a firm of their size. Once they receive their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville.
