With all sincerity and appreciation, this highly recommends the legal services of Mark Saakian. We are a party of three adults who in a quest to bi-pass the affordability restrictions of real estate under current market conditions decided to combine our resources to invest in a home greater than what we could afford individually. Such an endeavor prudently requires a Tennent In Common Agreement. We had already engaged and paid a retainer fee to another law firm found on-line who after two weeks of phone calls and emails failed to respond to schedule an appointment with us. Accordingly. we found ourselves in a time crunch to finalize closing on a chosen property.
