Orson West was the best choice for our family. He is very approachable, actually listened to our concerns, and he had great advice. He was available when we needed help making decisions, I recieved updates of my case through emails so I always knew where things were at, transparent with his fees, he's quick to respond and return our calls, very professional and kind. I would recommend him for family cases.

Orson West is constantly in hearings and on vacation, meanwhile his client, my daughter, hasn't seen her dad, me, in almost two months. My daughter's mother is waiting on direct words and instructions from Orson West, that my daughter can see me. I know he's not my legal representation, he's supposed to be acting in my daughter's best interest as the Guardian-at-Leitim but it seems like he's taking all the lies and horrible things his clients mother is saying about me, and not taking time to do his job and represent my daughter the best he possibly can.

I went with Steven Russell for my Divorce attorney. He was amazing! He answered every question I asked him and always got back to me within a timely manner. He explained things that i didnt understand and really worked with me in getting my divorce done. I would recommend him to my friends/family!

Steve Russell has been awesome in all my lovely affairs. Child custody - win, boom! Divorce- tie When he walks in court room everyone knows him and respect him. Worth every dollar!

Unwilling to meet in person despite billing- be aware!!!! Anyone wanting personalized attention, move on. My red flag should of been when (after multiple zoom meeting attempts since no in-person is within your dollar amount) I was told by Mr. West that doesn’t do in person meetings and he has been brought to court multiple times for failure to comply!!! (Alarm bells- he was bragging)!!!!! I have not had ANY follow thru as a special masters unless I repeat constant emails. Mr. West is clearly in retirement and wanting to collect with minimal work- HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT OUR DECREE!!!!!)!!!!! ….. yet ruled on it. Don’t be abused again. I wished I had reviewed the multiple reviews before ok’ing this service/ I as slightly naive thinking the law was equal, let alone unbiased and justice.
