Ferre L Mark

I have contacted Mr. Ferre multiple times for a tenant landlord issue through my employer’s legal plan. Mr. Ferre is very patient, professional and really takes the time to explain what my options are. He is always available to answer a call, and I truly appreciate that as well as his professional legal advice. Really a great experience and I would definitely recommend him.

I contacted Mark a couple years ago through a plan purchased by my employer. He was able to help me dispute some letters and gave me a game plan to resolving all of them. I later contacted him a year later for some more legal advice and he was very helpful. I have had great experiences working with Mark that I would recommend him. Communicating with him has been no issue. He responds to my calls to discuss any issues and emails in a timely manner.

I have tried to contact Mr. Ferre almost a dozen times over the last month. My husband has tried a couple of times as well as our attorney. Now, I am not a client,(thank heavens) however, Mr. Ferre has sent me a very concerning letter and filed documentation with the courts with my name on it. I am only trying to resolve matter. Mr. Ferre, has refused to call me, my husband or our attorney's office back. I was even told by the receptionist when I asked for his email, that she didn't know it. - How unsettling is this? The phone conversation will resolve the matter in under two minutes. Shame on your Mr. Ferre.
