My experience with McKenzie & Scott was embarrassing and emotionally draining. I was a witness for THEIR client, in doing so I agreed to be disposed (questioned) by the opposing counsel. It was horrible and although a lawyer from McKenzie & Scott was present my interest clearly was not in their interest. I answered all questions truthfully and was forthcoming with any information in what became a hostile interrogation. I cried driving home. After that terrible ordeal I had come to find that the Officer that the incident stemmed from was not disposed of in entirety as I was. I felt that this was unfair. The case settled in favor of their client but as the witness that recorded the incident it left me feeling used by these lawyers that profess to help the little guy.

My case was my daughter's death while in custody. Tim, Lauren and their team were so professional, always available for any questions or concerns. They treated me with respect and understanding. Hello there! I had an issue where my mother had passed away from dehydration while incarcerated… very fishy so I talked to my family about it and they said I should totally do something about it. Me and my wife looked into this wonderful group of people and it took some time for things to get moving I really didn’t think anything was actually going to happen. After some patiently waiting the ball started to roll and it just kept on rolling! They helped us out tremendously. If you ever think it’s not worth it it totally is! These people are wonderful. I really don’t have to worry about living paycheck to paycheck anymore it’s super nice. If you ever have any issue please and I mean PLEASE. Give these people your time. They are great people and felt like family through out the whole thing. Amazing people. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work
