Alex Biddle has been a human in a world of emotionless corporate oversellers. He represented us in a very complex trial that lasted 2 weeks and before that worked on the family probate. He is forthright about what he is capable of and what he is not. He is an excellent probate attorney but where he truly surprised us was during the trial. There was a point in time in our litigation where a second big firm business lawyer (partner) was retained for additional counsel and a decision had to be made as to who would actually be the trial attorney. We chose Alex because the partner at the other firm didn't seem to even have the will/time to carefully listen to the case. While Alex seemed to have absolutely everything under control even though he had been the one suggesting additional counsel in the first place. This man was up at 6am every day before trial for a run to "clear his mind and get his thoughts straight", showed up every day sharp and it seemed like nothing could surprise him. He was ready to respond to every lie/distraction/misdirection thrown at him. In the end he won the case against 3 "big firm" attorneys including a senior partner and a Harvard "wonderboy". I could not more strongly recommend Biddle Law. I came to them around 5 years ago due to a family member refusing to provide documentation regarding the estate’s interest. Other than that, everything had been smooth. That family member proceeded to throw wrenches into the process at every possible juncture, and the probate case escalated from simply normal administration to probate litigation and trial. I’ve had this review in my head for a long time, but I wanted to put it down now. I can say that throughout this horrible chapter in my life, the team at Biddle Law has consistently been respectful and compassionate, treating this not as another work day, but as sensitive and personal a matter as it is. There were times when I was grieving my father where I sat in their office crying, and times when I had been so shocked by my family's actions that my whole body shook non-stop, and the whole team has always been gentle, thoughtful, and considerate during the emotional healing I've needed to go through. The team has been excited to delve into law and apply codes, pulling out a wealth of experience and knowledge. What’s more, I have never felt like they were just pulling money out of me. It has been clear from day one that they have been going after our goals with the clear end goal of my best interests each step of the way, even when that means seeking outside help. TLDR: 10/10

Alex Biddle is an excellent trust attorney. I felt very comfortable knowing that Alex would handle my family's estate plan. I like that when I work with Biddle Law, I know I'll be dealing only with my attorney. I tried educating myself about trusts through reading online, and the concepts were kind of confusing and abstract. After an hour with Alex, he was able to explain the trust relationship in a way that made it all clear to me. He answered all of my questions and used great examples to illustrate his points. I'm happy that there is a plan in place for my family when something serious occurs, and I will recommend Alex as an attorney in the future to my friends and family.

Alexander Biddle is the best Estate Planning and litigation attorney! My family and I were lucky to have him in our corner to assist with out trust litigation needs - his skills and knowledge of the law allowed us to avoid probate!!!
