Wonderful attorney and easy to work with! My family had put it off, thinking estate planning (for my elderly mother) was far too daunting and complex. Winnie coordinated an initial meeting, from there all steps were communicated and what was to be expected. She patiently answered all our questions; guiding us in gathering documents and information for her to work on the trust; and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Patience and understanding, Winnie has them in spades. Working on an estate plan is much harder than you can imagine. It forces you to address your mortality and think about things that will make you and your spouse very uncomfortable. If something happened to us, who would we trust to raise our children the way we want? Are our siblings good with money? Who are the backup choices if our primary choices are not available? Ugh.
