CSW law firm is the first place you should reach out to when looking for representation on a real estate transaction, guidance in estate planning/administration, or for the formation of a business entity. I have worked with Brent Frary on numerous real estate transactions and he truly cares about each of his clients on a personal level. He makes sure to represent each of his clients to the fullest and has an excellent team of paralegals by his side. I highly recommend Brent and CSW law firm to all of my buyer and seller clients. If you’re looking for an attorney and law firm that truly cares, you’ve found the right place!

I would have saved a lot of time and effort if I had started with Lauren Sharkey and the CSW law firm when handling estate planning and long term care applications on behalf of my mother. I have worked with other attorneys and firms in the past, but no one has given me the clarity and confidence that they have.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. A very professional experience

Highly professional, female owned, law firm. I feel a true sense of ease have done my estate planning with them. Lauren Sharkey, Esq. is clearly an experienced lawyer, who answered all of my questions in a timely and patient manner. I highly recommend this firm.

Charged for services not requested by me. My initial consultation was good. I left with the understanding that my next step was to schedule a follow up to prepare Healthcare proxy documents. Then I receive a bill (with no pay-by date) for services that were performed after my initial consult-These "services" were not requested by me or communicated with me- I had no idea i was going to be charged for any follow up work. The services I was charged for included writing a summary letter of my first meeting, researching benefits that my parent already receives (why?), and "providing recommendations" for next steps- the same next steps we had already discussed in my first meeting. None of this was NEW, needed, requested by me, or communicated with me. I was shocked I received a bill for this. When I called to ask why I wasn't informed that this work would be done, they never called me back. Even a reduction in the bill for a miscommunication could have solved this, but unfortunately I find this to be an unethical business practice so I will not return or recommend this practice. Finally, I want to note a crude remark made about my father's nursing home. The attorney said "here, we call that place Diamond KILL not Diamond HILL." This is shockingly unprofessional for a law firm representing the elderly.

A very unprofessional law firm, It was hard to get in touch with lawyer, and took very long periods of time to get response and results, actually years in some cases, not a firm to choose to take care of your elderly love ones.

Wonderful law group, very knowledgeable and professional. They are helping us so much get through the sad loss of our mother.
