Attorney Foley who I spoke with, AFTER filling out an online form and then repeating it all to the intake person, got on the phone and in between his loudly chewed bites of food, asked me AGAIN what I needed and then proceeded to interrupt me to rudely tell me "we don’t have time to evaluate your case" even though there is a full month before the two year statute for filing runs out. I said thanks so much and hung up. I was CLEARLY interrupting his afternoon snack, which must have made him hangrier than he already was. Anyway, lesson learned….they aren’t interested in you (during snack time) unless you file YEARRRRSSS ahead of time (and again, during snack time). The more you know, attorney seekers. Seek elsewhere! ***EDITED TO ADD (4-19-25)*** Although Mr. Foley couldn’t be bothered to take a break from eating to speak with me on the phone, he COULD take time to type a two page letter and send it certified to me, condescendingly explaining how lawsuits work AND asking that I retract this review. NOTHING I said in the review is false, therefore there is no need to remove it. Only false statements need to be retracted. I feel taking time to send a certified letter to me was meant to be intimidating and regardless, it was highly UNprofessional. His certified letter only goes to further my belief it would be best for attorney seekers to look elsewhere.

I strongly recommend The Foley law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance. I can’t say enough about this firm and the way they handled my workeman comp case. Can't say enough about attorney Mike Foley he handled my workman's comp case in 1993 one my case the insurance company still tries everything not to pay my doctor bills and my treatments for workman's comp Mike Foley went above and beyond to keep me on my workman's comp so my treatments weren't interrupted I highly recommend attorney Mike Foley
