Sebastian Miller is the best!!! Earlier this year, the lateral underground sewer line beneath my mobile broke, and spewed sewage into the crawl space, damaging the particle board & insulation, etc, plus, there were no facilities for over a week. I had been battling with the property management of the park for weeks about the sewage damage, with absolutely no response, That's when I turned it all over to Sebastian. He's very knowledgeable, precise and knows the RCW rules. He immediately put the park owner, and property management on notice. They responded. So, I'm pleased to let you know that the pipe has been repaired, the bathroom flooring replaced, and the mobile crawl space cleaned up & new vapor barrier was installed.
