I had a good experience with this law firm when my husband and I retained an attorney from them. She was easy to talk to and took time to explain things. I didn't talk to her as much as my husband did, but I did have two conference call with her and felt that she cared. She not just do it for a living. Some attorneys, like therapists, don't listen to you and make you feel like they care. She was different though, her name was Jo Flannery if you want to request to work with her. Sometimes I feel like people lose patient with me in a professional setting because I am ESL, but Jo would break things down so I could understand everything. So if English is your second language, she could be a good pick for you at this law firm. They have attorneys with different specialty. I needed one for real estate and she knew all the laws very well.
