I wish my custody agreement was what Beth said it was .However,when I received the court order there were several mistakes. I requested 50/50. I came out of the agreement with 36%. If I knew that I would have went into the courtroom and fought for 50/50. Beth also postponed my hearings too many times while I didn't have custody . I was on the courts waiting list for a year for an evaluation later to find out Beth could have had me get one by a private practice . I went from seeing my daughter every weekend to everyother weekend which I was adamantly opposed to . I agreed to specific days such as Tuesday to Thursday and when the order came back it was Tuesday to Wednesday which is completely impractical. Beth was not diligent with details and this cost me custody time with my child , time and money . Now I have to hire another attorney for a modification hearing just to clean up Beth's mistakes. Horrible experience !
