I want to take this opportunity to thank David Waltrip and his very capable staff especially Nicole Hahn. I had a very delicate situation that impacted my VA benefits. My initial consultation with David was informative and productive. We mapped out a plan and after a several months wait for the VA to schedule a hearing during which David and his staff researched, gathered and prepared required information.. During the actual hearing David and Nicole executed a compelling argument on my behalf. We had testimony via zoom from several witnesses and while you can never predict the outcome of such an event David and Nicole prepared such a compelling argument I left there knowing the task at hand could not have gone any better, as indeed it proved to be as the VA ruled in my favor. I would highly recommend Dave Waltrip and his associate Nicole Hahn. I had a particularly intricate and challenging divorce case recently in which I was very satisfied with the outcome. He was my second attorney after my concerns had not been addressed properly in the beginning of the case with my first attorney. David Waltrip, Nicole Hahn and their staff assisted me with was supposed to be a simple divorce, that turned out to be a 7+ year nightmare due to the lack of representation and due diligence on the part of the attorney I hired. At which time I hired another attorney that took my money to finish what the first attorney was supposed to do and he did basically nothing but made a few phone calls. I filed complaints with Jefferson City against both attorneys. After an extensive search I come across David Waltrip's firm, which was the best decision I made. The Waltrip Law Firm met with me answered all my questions and assured me that they will help me to get all corrected and finalized. This firm finalized in months what took years to do.
